Troon Village is a 1,400 acre residential golf community located in north Scottsdale. The community offers a fitness facility complete with tennis, swimming, and a sport court.

Golf Membership eligibility is on an application and availability basis. Applications may be submitted to the membership committee. Golf initiation fee is $95,000. There is no distinction between property and non-property owners. There is a 50% equity for the iniation fee. There is no waiting list for golf or social memberships. Monthly dues are $625. Social memberships are $5900 and monthly social dues are $235.
